Unexplained Hyperlink Behaviour

Hi Folks,

I'm sure this is a simple one for the gurus out there!

The attached file contains VBA that recreates a hyperlink if the cell containing the original hyperlink (B3) is altered.
The code works but I get an unexpected result if a number(s) is entered in the cell.
If a number is entered the "TextToDisplay" parameter is not updated and the number remains in the cell.
Can anyone explain why and how I can rectify this?

Not certain if it will function correctly in all situations but if you FORMAT the cell as TEXT, it retains the wording "Hyperlink Test",
even if you enter a numeral.
