using data in ws1, append data in ws2 only if data is different, otherwise overwrite

I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with this. I have included the code that I am currently working with. This allows me to transfer a range of data from ws1(Current Performance) to ws2(Past Monthly Performance) and it appends to the next blank row; however, I would like for it to overwrite the existing data based on a condition otherwise it should append it to the next blank row.

For example, C3 on ws1 shows May 2017. If ws2 has a section that shows May 2017, then I need that range overwritten; otherwise, the new data should append to the existing data.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi anoubis450
    Welcome to the Forum.
In future please view the forum rules before posting. Your post does not comply with rule #3.
    3. Use code tags around code. Posting code without them makes your code hard to read and difficult to be copied for testing. Highlight your code and click the [#] button at the top of the post window.
You will get more results if this has been amended. And even better responses if you upload a sample workbook with a before & after scenario making sure that your desired solution is shown - mock up the results manually if need be.
To attach a file, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window.
