Sort my Excel by ROWs as with conditions

Hi EVERY one ...
If the Row (cell)value is 1 and it should list all the rows with number that is 2 (i.e) ROW by ROW , but it should break if the value is same (i.e) 1. And start the next ROW,. (i.e) 2 and list all the 3 row's and breaks if 2 repeaters,.. so it goes on and one,.. I used to do every thing by HAND manually which i make some mistakes and time taking, I want to make a VBA or a Macro.. looking for a START or small push up ... looking forward from u guys,.
