Push Data Input to beginning of next page

Using VBA to populate a spread sheet with categorized lists. When I get to the bottom of each page I want to push the next category to the beginning of the next page so I dont split the information for that category between two pages. The number of items for each category varies, so the length of information is not predictable.

I need a way to test to see where the data is in relationship to the end of each page.

There are lots of ways to find the last row on a sheet
