    Help to look the value with various conditions

    HI,

    I need your support to fix a problem as follows :-

    I want to look up the "Marks" by its unique number. But it has some conditions to search.


    Please open the excel file attachment. I mentioned all the requirements in it.

    Thank you for your support.

    But one more condition need to be fulfilled in this formula.

    The "Sl#" has to be looked up. Because the source of data has many. So "Vlookup" function also to added. I tried, but all in vain.
