Extract data from cells in multiple workbooks and compile them in rows in a single wkbk.

I'm a typesetter for a retail chain. Our buyers send us sale information in Excel files, one workbook per item. See Data Sample .xlsx
I'd like to extract the data from specific individual cells throughout the spreadsheet and paste them into rows in another workbook. See Extracted Data.xlsx
So from many workbooks, one multi row workbook. E Pluribus Unum, so to speak. :-)
I'll eventually save the workbook as a .csv and data merge it into InDesign.
Any suggestions? Have I provided enough info?
