Macro to Copy Data from A workpaper based on a criteria and save it to a specific Folder

Hi All,
i would need your help to create macro which creates a new workbook based on a column value in Master workbook and then save that to a folder in a specific location.

Example :
In attached master file , column "Ship to State" is Virginia, New York, California...based on this column , new 3 workbooks should be created with all the line items from master file which has column "ship to state" as a unique state name. Then these new files should be saved to already created folders on a particular location in c drive . C:\Folders\
