eRASING SPECIFIC DATA FROM CEL ON MULTIPLE CELLS

Hi all,
i' am not Englisch but i will try my best to explain the issue.
I have an emaillist of something like 20,000 emailadresses.
each cell is an emailadres formated like the ones below:

10,"1","joeri.excelnoob@telenet.be","1","0"
or
19,"1","anothername@gmail.com","0","0"

i need to filter out the emailadres so i can import them into my mailinglist.

as you can see, the format is always the same, only the valuues are different.

i need something to erase in each cell the prefix, thus:
10,"1","
or
19,"1","

also need to erase the back, thus
","1",0"
or
","0","0"

is there anyoe who can help me with this?
would be great !

i found a simple solution.

-text to columns
