VBA Run Loop

Hi,

I want to loop this code from Sheet1 C2 until a blank cell:

And plot the information one cell/column over to reference, D2 and down to blank.

I've tried different loop functions to no avail. All the loop functions I've tried loop formulas and not VBA. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
