Making a planning template, need help with conditional formatting VBA

Hi everybody!
After days of copy pasting VBA code i got quite a bit allready.

My main language is Dutch, basicly i wrote alot comments in my code to make it understandable for myself.
it might be a sloppy code, but it works :D

what i would like to do is make a Macro that collors rows (9:11) if cells contain data. collor based on contractor wich is variable.
Maybe copy the cell color from a different sheet based on company name?

is anything like that possible ?
