Hey im back again, i see allot around how to work out days between 2 dates taking out weekends, but i want to work out days between 2 dates and take out specified days, how can i do this with VBA or forumlar, or both. thanks again Ditch

If you ARE using Excel 2003, you will have to install the Analysis Toolpak if you haven't done so already.

hey, im on a work computer so i cant install anything what sucks, so trying to find a different way to work around it, i have seen the add ins.
Then see post #2. That looks like a viable alternative using a formula.
