Pivot table reports saved in multiple PDFs

Dear all

I have medium size data base with customer aging details. I am using pivot tables to generate each customer statement of account and manually saving it in pdf file to send to customers.
I was wondering if I could somehow do the saving part automatically with some sort of macro. I have a lot of formatting and stuff on the pivot table sheet and so i want the macro to generate my pdfs using the same sheet so my formatting (including letter head logo) can also be saved on the pdf file. Also the PDF file should have the same name as the report filter says (in my case customer name / number)

My sample file attached for someone who can maybe help me. Actually I am sure some will coz this is an awesome forum (buttering)

Please ignore the picture, i have just replaced my letterhead logo with this one.

Ask Admin/Mod to move your thread to appropriate part of forum: Excel Programming / VBA / Macros becuse your problem is not a PivotTable but multiple pdfs.

Many thanks, this is extremely close to what I want. Only problem is this macro is making just 1 pdf of the report that is already selected.
what I want is, regardless of what report is selected, the macro should start making separate pdfs from first report to last (all pdfs stored in same folder).

* the macro picked the correct name by the way
