I have medium size data base with customer aging details. I am using pivot tables to generate each customer statement of account and manually saving it in pdf file to send to customers.
I was wondering if I could somehow do the saving part automatically with some sort of macro. I have a lot of formatting and stuff on the pivot table sheet and so i want the macro to generate my pdfs using the same sheet so my formatting (including letter head logo) can also be saved on the pdf file. Also the PDF file should have the same name as the report filter says (in my case customer name / number)
My sample file attached for someone who can maybe help me. Actually I am sure some will coz this is an awesome forum(buttering)
