Comparing text between string arrays and values in column

Hello Everyone,

A new day and a new problem!!

I am trying to split a string into arrays and then compare the 7th (last) array to values in column. The string is in a different workbook and the column is in a different workbook.

If the above value is true then it should go the next row of the string and split the string and paste the 33rd array to a column in another workbook.

I am attaching the 2 workbooks.
