Copy x number of rows to blank row then transpose to columns

Copy x number of rows to blank row then transpose to columns "C" through "G"
I need a loop to copy 5 rows from column "A" to blank then select column "C" pastespecial transpose:=true
loop through column A and find next row in column "C". A new sheet can be added if necessary.
I've attached the document and it shows an example of the end result in column "C".
I think this is simple but am having a brain melt regarding this.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
