toggle button to switch data between sheets and back

Hello,

in the attached file you will find two sheets. sheet1 contains small table representing names of current team members we have right now in 3 countries. and in sheet2 we have the same table but with names of new team members.

how is it possible to add a toggle or an action button on sheet1, that when clicked on it will take the names from sheet2 into sheet1 and then switch it back by clicking on a second or same button.

so for example: button1: will take the names from sheet2 and replace the names on sheet1
button2: will switch back to original names on sheet
