It seems I've been able to get one space further than you. F12 is your friend in IE and also look at the source to get the element names you need.

Thanks for the response. I tried all this already but nothing is working. Also, i cant use getelementbyID because there are no ID's in the source code. Did you follow the URL and look at the source code?
The page uses a java script applet that I am not familiar with. I suggest you research EntrustTruePass to see if it reveals anything else.
