Need help with VBA [Write data to sheet for listbox items with boxes checked]

I have checkboxes that when checked it auto populates a listbox. The list box has checkboxes within the listbox. What i need is, once the selected checkboxes in the listbox are marked, the data is listed to sheet1 d1. Thanks ahead
