Find and return corresponding first matching value found + transpose data

Hi Experts!
I need help with writing a VBA code that will transpose data from Sheet A (UniqueItem), and finds the matching first level reaction from Sheet B (Cards) for each card, and return output on another sheet (Output).
There are 3 level reactions allowed for each item, but only the first matching reaction found in the card needs to be returned.
