Macro to calculate the percentage of a set of data

I want to calculate the percentage of a data for a certain cell range.
Hope the picture can aid my question.
The range is in between C3 till C14 which makes total of 12 data value.
I will copy the data from another source and paste to the template.
Some times the data may only have 10 data value.
So the percentage should be auto calculated from how many data copy pasted on the template.
I cant figure it out.Please guide me.

That's easy. If the check-in time is 11 o'clock, they're all early (100%)
