How to export Excel rows into individual txt files (Mac)

Hi,

I am a complete beginner at macros, and just want a simply way to export all of my rows into individual txt files. I have read a few other threads but just cant get my head around it, I have attached the file I would like to be exported if anyone could give me a hand at how to go about this?
