Populating a calendar

Hi I have created a database with forms.
I am fairly new to the vba world and consider myself a rookie as far as code.
Column A (last name) column B (date) column C (time) column D (comments)

I would like to have the persons last name populated in the calendar and the rest of the info as a comment once hovered over top.

The calendar is a drop down setup with month year .
Any help or feedback would be great.

The document must pull from the database and populate the calender. This is a scheduler calendar. Apointment can be made from 8 to 10 up to a max of 2 at a time.
I was hopi g to have last names in each matching date and have the details entered as a comment once the cursor hovers over the name. I will post my file shortly.
