disable one team result in round robin table

hello Experts!

I have this round robin based tournament table:

Can someone help me with macro and checkbox that can disable row of data in table.
What I want to do:
if values in U4:U19 are equal (this time 8 points for teams 2,3 and 5) I need to switch off results for teams 1,4 and 6 (D4:D19).
I need that table count only result of the game difference for teams that has same amount of points.

so by ticking checkbox it will make all team resuls 0 and opposit if I untick results are back.

if there any possible solution?
