Conditional replica rows and column

Dear Friends

Currently i am replacing rows and columns with "P" for d1 to ah1 value is not 'Sun'. And also condition is column b values must match with column AI. It is working perfectly.

However, FIRST I want to replace cell values with "W" in case First Row (d1..ah1) values match with aj3..aj27. Should match with "C column" values. Next Blank cells with "P".

Eg. "A" weekly offs should be on "Sun" (ie., D1 value) and max 4 (c3 column value):: "B" weekly off should be on "Mon" (ie., E1 value)........so on.....

I would be glad if you could guide me.
