Code request to add a double quotation mark at the beginning and at the end

Hi friends,

In the attached word file there is a piece of html code. I required a double quotation mark at the beginning of the value range ‘b3’ and at the end range ‘b9’.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

The easiest way (for me) is Chr(34) & Whatever & Chr(34) - this should produce "Whatever"
