How to create a button or macro for increase the value of multiple cells?

I have a column cells in Excel linked to a graphic view (B1 tot B23)

I want to have the opportunity to increase (+1) , decrease (-1) or reset the values of all these cells by pressing on a single button (1 decrease button, 1 increase button and a reset button).

Who can tell me what codes or macros I need to make this possible?
