Copy / Remove Dups / Format boarder & Background

Hello,

I'm attempting to:

*Copy data from Sheet2 / B3 downwards
*Removing any duplicates & anything with the word "Owner"
*Paste into Sheet1 B4 downwards
*Insert the following following formula into column C4 downwards
*Format the background to grey 242,242,242
*Format the boarder to white 255, 255, 255.

I've got the 1st section working but really struggling with the formatting any help would be appreciated.
