runtime error 1004 Getsaveasfilename of object application failed

Hi

i am trying to adapt a code, to create and email a pdf to include the option to select where to save the file. I keep getting a runtime error 1004 Getsaveasfilename of object application failed.

Try changing fileSaveName line to something like below.

Also, you shouldn't specify file extension for initialName string (just use Title variable as it's using same string).

That works perfect thankyou CK76. Is there a way I can adapt the above so that I can see the email before sending in case I need to add anything?

Yes. Comment out ".Send" line and add ".Display" below.
