Question Help required from a relative novice and newby

Apologies if this post is in the wrong forum channel but I think this is where it should reside. I need to understand if it is possible to generate a document from an individual line of data in a worksheet. I would need to be able to create the document format initially and have the line data map into specific fields to create the final document. I would need to be able to create 1 copy per line of data.

I have a master worksheet onto which we enter jobs / pieces of work.

Each line represents 1 individual job and the data stretches up to around 20 columns of data, including dates, customer codes, customer references, delivery dates, addresses, job information and costs.

    For example :

    03/01/2017, AE009876, 24/10/2016, DHL, 4435609897B1, 4435678832C2, 03/01/2017, St Pauls Cathedral, London, 4xMercedes, £1250. [radiobutton]
    04/01/2017, AG009234, 20/12/2016, TARGET, 467635867Y1, 47468376825K1, 04/01/2017, Etihad Stadium, Manchester, 3xBMW I8, £985. [radiobutton]

Ideally I would like to be able to highlight a specific line or lines using something like a radio button at the end of the specific line and then have a button to press/select to print either the single or many highlighted work documents.

Does anyone feel they might have an answer for this please.

Much appreciated and please bear with me I am not overly technical.

    Many Thanks.

    T
