Code to save form as a specific name based on value in cell

I'm having issues making a command button that will save a workbook in a folder that corresponds with cell J6 then save it as J6 & j13 as a excel form and a PDF.. After that, i would like a button to open outlook with the email address based off of cell J9. Any help would be appreciated.
