Timer to automatically copy only if the previously copied one pasted

Dear Experts i have an excel sheet where i will have a long list of names and account numbers which i have to copy and
paste in our bank application software...

i developed this excel so that without coming to this excel sheet itself i will be able to paste the name and the account number
in the application one by one ,(as it will automatically copy from the excel sheet bcoz a timer macro is set) ...

but the problem is if connection is slow or some problems come in application software i will miss the timings and a different
account number will be pasted in that applciation against a different name,,so what i want is only if i paste the account number
the excel should find out that the previously copied one was pasted and it should automatically move ahead and copy the next cell or the next row

Can any one guide this challenging problem...
