Result from Moving Rows from One Sheet to Another

Hello,

I am new here and hope anyone can help? I like to solve these problems myself but following A LOT of trial and error I've hit a dead end and after spending all day searching forums have still not found my answer.

Anyway, I am after a code that once rows of data has moved from one sheet to the next rows available in another sheet, it will shift up the remaining rows in the first sheet. So far I have the following code to move rows of data from one sheet to another, however it leaves behind blank rows and I want them shifting up. It also pastes the rows of data in the same rows where they were in the original sheet and I just want them to paste together in the next available rows.

N.b Column J in sheet1 is the column in which if it says Complete I want that whole row moving to sheet2.
I've attached the spreadsheet too.
