start stop timer

Hello All

I came across attached macro in the net and was wondering if somebody can modify it as follows.

1. Add and additional 20 rows, start and top button included.
2. When the start button is clicked, it would turn green. and when the stop is clicked, start button would go back to gray.
3. an additional "SAVE" button (beside the add and remove buttons) where the purpose is to transfer all (column A to L) in a database. note that it should start pasting the data on the last available row.
