I've modified a bit your original code to match what you asked for.

When you start with a table, you can add as many rows as you need, then the "add buttons" will include a couple of buttons on each filled line.
The "remove" will clean all buttons and all data in "Time worked"
The "Save" button will copy all the data to the bottom of the Base .
