Hello everyone,
As you can see from my example I am trying to figure out how to create hyperlink and based on Country hyperlink name from image to select that country in drop-down list in another sheet.
e.g. if I click on Russia I would like to see "RU" selected in sheet "drop-down list" in cell B1 and so on.
Is this possible to make?

Hello toci,
You can not with a picture that is a single shape. You can if the picture is a group of individual shapes.
You could build your own map by grouping pictures of individual countries together. Another but more labor intensive solution would be to draw each country using Excel's drawing tools.
