Excel for shifts of areas and times

Hi guys, I would need a big hand for the creation of an automatism to create shifts of times and areas, with the following characteristics:
* 11 people
* 6 zones: B, C, D, E, Jolly, PHONE
* 2 presence in the area B, C, D, AE, PHONE
* Presence 1 JOLLY
* All zones are working from Monday to Friday
* Work on Saturdays: the presence of 2 persons (no assigned area)
* JOB HOURS:
- PHONE 7-15: 30 (2 persons)
- Opening 7 - 15:30 (1 person)
- Opening postponed 7: 30-16 (1 person)
- Early closure 9 - 17:30 (1 person)
- Closing 10 - 18:30 (1 person)

I am attaching the file I used this year, but pointed out that not all boys mate, there are technicians who do not 'meet' ever and the guys do not turn in the same time period, for the same number of times .
