    VBA Message Box Text Font

The default text font is black, is it possible to highlight part of message in Red? Not the whole message box, only a few words in the message box.

    Thanks.

In a word, No and it's not something that's easy to do even if you design your own userform to use as a message box.

You cannot modify any of the text attributes.

Message boxes are a standard Windows component and the font/size/bold/underscore attributes for the entire message text are global Windows settings set using Control Panel. That means every message box displayed by Windows will have the same setting.
