portuguese characters in VBA

Hello,

Im struggle with attempting VBA to recognize portuguese characters but with no succeed.
the letters who causing the problem:
À à
Á á
à ã
 â
É é
Ê ê
Í í
Ó ó
Ô ô
Õ õ
Ú ú
Ü ü
Ç ç

I need the code to open a file with those characters but when i put its name on a string those letters becoming "?" cause its not ASCII
Somebody knows a way to pass this?
