Hello,
i am trying to open an exist file but i want to open it inside a certain workbook (which i create it in before ) and also ( inside a certain sheet)
Please how can i do that
because the most of methods which i've tried that creating a new workbook to open the file but i don't want that.

Tried to import the file? See the Data tab on the ribbon.
If it's a textfile that's pretty easy.

Any clue as to what type of file you are trying to open, i.e., Workbook, Text, CSV, etc.?
