Macro enabled worksheet not performing correctly

Hi,

I inherited the attached worksheet that mostly works mostly correctly but still has a few behaviors that I don't like. I've tried to fix them and they appear like they are properly configured, but don't function correctly. The most puzzling is the date issue. The gain and loss use the same named range for the date, i.e., Date yet the Gain chart refuses to display the correct dates.

- Dates on gain chart incorrect

- Text box on left hand chart doesn't display value in B4

- When value in B4 is changed,Gain chart plot disappears initially. Prefer it remains the same until Download button clicked.

Can someone in the Forum take a look and see why I am having these issues?
