change from Array formula to VBA code

Dear All expert
i would like to change from array formula to VBA code
the array formula is

this formula i already use it in AL column but it take long time to response

and want to make this automatic calculate result

i need the following
copy name from master sheet (in column A) to (Column D) in sheet Result and sort this data by name and copy each Items from
column B that corresponding to Name in Column A and in F column in Result sheet copy data from column AG in sheet Master that corresponding to
value in Column D , E in Result sheet

and in Column G in sheet Result Copy data from AH column in master sheet that corresponding to Data in column D, E with ignore to negative value
in column AH and leave it zero
