Need guidance to write the code = to the logic

Highlight all Data in Data tab.
Sort by Column A Header and filter and Group by Column A
If any value in column I ="wcr"
Look in Column G and Match each value with a variance of Zero in Column H by +/- 2 days in Column E and highlight the cells in Column F to Green
And then if
If any value in column I ="wcr"
Look in Column G and Match each value with a variance of <> = +/- 5 in Column H by +/- 2 days in Column E and highlight the cells in Column F to Yellowsc1.JPG
