Having trouble deleting row of cell is blank

Hi everyone,

I have the following partial code I'm trying to use to delete entire rows of the cell in a range is blank:

The correct range is being selected however the rows are not being deleted. I'm thinking this is the case because I see a ' in each of the blank cells.

Is there anyway I can convert the code to delete rows of the cells in range do not contain lettered text? Or is there perhaps a better way?

Any ideas?
