Need VBA for updating Oulook contact file

Need a bit of a complex one here. I have attached a sample sheet. I need to update a group distribution list in outlook based on the cells yes or no in K:T. When I flag yes, I want it to update the email in that column J will be in "Distribution List A". I have about 12 different distribution lists in outlook, and about 1000 lines of this data. Everybody can see different things, and I want them removed from All distribution lists if "Can use me" Column U is marked "NO". The emails in column K are not contacts in my outlook, because my distribution lists are shared on an exchange server and this information is private. They can only see the dist. lists and cannot modify them. If you cannot completely help, any help at all would be much appreciated.
