Running VBA without Excel (Need Emulator)

Visual Basic for Applications.

Without the Application it won't work I'm afraid. However, if you've written working code in VBA then you're capable of writing working code in VB. Get yourself copy of Visual Studio and you'll be able to create apps that'll run from the desktop.
