Hi, I need some help, I have a spreadsheet I am working on for work, when opened you have a single sheet to input data, you then press a button on this sheet to view the data on a template, this then gives the option of a button to go back and edit the data, or press a button to accept, when accepted the template gets saved to a specific place and also emailed to me for processing, this all works fine, but, when the template is saved I would like it to have a new button added to this that someone can press to turn it from red to green to show the work has been done, the emailed copy must not have one, this has been doing my head in for ages, it also must not reference back to the original sheet as I don't want it auto updating, I hope this explains my problem, and I thank you in advance for any help.
