Help on Automatically populate Sheet1: Col A:E entries to Sheet 2 Col A:E based on cond

Requesting for an help here to provide an Macro/Function/VB Script to reach my solution

Query: Want to copy A : D columns with all rows from "Build Report" sheet to "Testing Dashboard" sheet of columns A:D based on C2 input matches with Build Report: column D. For Help attaching the reference documents.
