Unable to submit new thread - Atttachment Option not working

Hello,

I have a clarification with a spreadsheet. But I am not able to attach it as the "attachment" option is not working when I am on the "Post new thread" option. Any idea? ( No error, when I click nothing happens)

Click the Insert Image icon (below the blue Undo arrow)
Click the From Computer tab
Click Basic Uploader
Browse for and double click your file
Click Upload File(s)
