Getting rota info from one sheet feeding into another

Hi guys.

I'm doing some work on a new rota system for my workplace. We currently operate on a crew system of 4, working 2 day then 2 night shifts then 4 days off. I need to create an individual rota for each of the crews, but then have those rotas feed into a central one which will display who is on duty on any given day. For example if on the crew rota the Manager is on a day, it will display that managers name in the central rota but if they are on leave so an AL is showing on the individual rota, then they will not appear on the Central Rota at all, it will just be blank, so it only shows those actually on duty on the central rota for each date. Its difficult to explain but please ask if there's anything I need to make clearer.

I'm struggling to determine how to go about this or what code would be required due to the positioning of the cells etc. I have some basic VBA experience but nothing quite like this.

I have attached screenshots of the sheets below, is someone able give me some pointers on how I might go about this?
