Macro to follow this simple procedure

Hi All,

I usually do the steps below manually. Wondering if someone can help me with a macro for that:

1) Select cells from B3 to the last populated cell in the column B
2) Unmerge cells
3) Select blank cells (usually I do that going to the HOME tab, then FIND & SELECT, then GO TO SPECIAL, then BLANKS)
4) In the first blank cell (usually B4), write to be equal to the cell above (so I would insert in B4, "=B3")
5) Control enter, so it can copy across all blank cells
6) Copy and past values
