Assign a macro to word

Is there any way to assign a Macro to a word like how assigning macro to command button?

is there any method like hyperlink etc?

You mean to an individual word in a cell? No. You can write a macro that will run when a particular cell is clicked, and format the word differently to make it appear like that is running the macro, but that's about as closed as you can come.
